Valid professional documentation is needed to be accepted into our Trade Program. Applicants must provide a professional document to qualify for membership.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless the item has already been assigned a trip or shipped. To cancel an order, a customer must email The Classy Home at [email protected] or submit a cancellation request online.
Many items sold by The Classy Home are ordered from our vendors once you place your order with us. A lot of behind the scenes work takes place as we process your order. We try to keep orders moving through the system as quickly as possible so that you can get your furniture in a timely manner.
Once an order is assigned a trip, or is already in transit, , the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges The Classy Home paid to ship the furniture to you (even if not invoiced at the time of the sale or discounted) as well as the shipping back to our warehouse.
Customers are required to pay the original and return shipping cost even if the order qualifies for Free Shipping.

Yes, you can place and order; and yes, we will deliver. The Classy Home's activities are continuing. Our delivery times are accurate to the fine of our expertise, however state-level and national-level closure decisions can also have an effect on a few orders. Why are some items taking longer to ship?With many states issuing stay-at-home orders due to covid-19, some of our partners have needed to reduce their staff notably. That means warehouses have taken longer than ordinary to get your order on a truck. We've done our best to make certain that our delivery estimates are correct, but our delivery chain has had a few exceptions while sudden activities including climate and warehouse closures have not on time deliveries. What is The Classy Home doing to keep customers and employees safe?The Classy Home is committed to ensuring the safety of both our customers and employees. We are strictly following WHO guidance to protect our employees. Using sanitizer & masks, keeping our warehouses clean, allowed employees to work from home where possible. We've also instructed our suppliers to follow WHO guidance at their warehouses.
Is it possible to reduce contact with delivery guys or driver?Yes. The Classy Home's delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. ID check is performed at a distance. You can also choose a safe location where the delivery staff can leave your package.
