Great leather couch, color not even close to photo : This is a great couch - material, features. BUT the color is so far off from the gray in the photo. The one delivered to us is more a charcoal gray, than the medium silvery gray of the photo. I''m attaching a picture. Just beware if you purchase that the gray is MUCH darker than the photo, otherwise a great couch.
Sagan Teal Cushion Back Sofa : Extremely happy with this sofa! The color is a true dark teal and the fabric is a soft, low pile, chenille-like micro fiber. So much better than online picture. The seat cushions and back cushions are on the firm side which I prefer. The size is on the smaller size and can accommodate 3 people. The price is unbeatable and surprising for the quality. I paid for the in house delivery and it was well worth it. Packaging was removed from sofa and legs were installed. The pillows the sofa comes with do not match my decor so I used them to resting my current pillows. All in all, looks great and feels great!

Gorgeous rug : The rug is absolutely beautiful. A bit on the thin side so if you're looking for a fluffy rug this isn't for you. Good quality especially for the price!!!
Best Couch on the market : Everywhere else were selling this couch much much more than The Classy Home. Although the shipping took forever (nearly a month from time of purchase) to get the couch, it was well worth the wait. These couches are very comfortable, rich looking, and well designed. They made the room look like it was out of a magazine. I would recommend these couches for anyone. I purchased both the beige and the dark grey. In my opinion, the beige looks much better than the grey in person. Fix the shipping time and The Classy Home would have everyone else beat by a mile.

affordable furniture : It was a easy purchase. I purchased the Ashley Maier sectional sleeper. The couch is comfortable. The bed could have been a little softer but for the money I spent it was worth it. Its also great for young families. I recommend this company to everyone wants affordable furniture.

good company and good furniture! : I ordered a table set, it took a little long to arrive and when I tried to contact the classy home didn't get an answer! But when my table set marked shipped, I got a tracking number and details of the shipping. I have to say the shipping company that the classy home dealing with is very precessional. They called me a day before receiving my package and a 15 minutes prior delivery! Overall, good company and good furniture!

looks great : Well made, beautiful, and super fast shipping! I wasn't super confident about ordering from out of state, but it was absolutely worth it. The bunk bed looks great and has held up very well over the past six months, and at the time I ordered it, it was the best price. Shipping instructions were a tad confusing, but it was shipped out much quicker than I had anticipated and arrived quickly - the delivery men were also very helpful and patient. I would absolutely order from here again and would recommend them to others.

They only had to leave it in front of my house, but they were awesome they backed the truck up to my garage and dropped it off in the garage :) Great service, and the couch is beautiful and we'll packaged. I was a little skeptical when I found them on this website because of the low prices. So I decided to go to another local store and the price was lower than the first store at $1450 but it would still take 2-4 weeks to receive them. I figured if I was going to wait I might as well take a gamble and save a few hundred dollars. I purchased the sofa and loveseat for $1120 including shipping, NO taxes and they arrived within 11 days!! The delivery company had great communication via phone calls and emails and gave me a date and time frame of arrival. I only paid for curb side so I had to unwrap and set up (just adding the sofa feet.) They were wrapped really well so there was no damage. They were exactly like the set I seen at the furniture store and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am glad I took the gamble because it really paid off. I will definitely purchase furniture through this website again!

I took a chance and couldn''t be happier! : Never in a million years did I imagine one could make a purchase as huge as a couch online, but the reviews didn''t lie. It''s stylish, elegant, comfortable and fits beautifully in my living room. It took nearly two weeks for delivery which wasn''t very satisfying but I''m thrilled with the couch itself and would definitely recommend.
Laundry Hamper : It was packaged well and arrived without a scratch. I love this hamper. It blends into the room and goes perfectly with my bedroom furniture. It has a removable liner which can be laundered. I will never have to buy another hamper for the master bedroom. Thank you!

Wardrobes : I ordered three 36" two door and one 52" three door unit to fill a wall in my bedroom. While these units are sturdy and very attractive they are not easy to put together- especially installing the doors. It is definitely a two person project and one person needs to be small enough to fit inside the closet area in order to adjust the rollers on the inside of the doors. Additionally, the closet area is barely wide enough to handle hanging clothes. The clothes must be pushed inside in order to close the doors. The doors are narrow which limits the amount of space for reaching in and getting the clothes out. These are not inexpensive units. Had I known their limitations I would have just hired somebody to make a built in closet that would be easier to get into and hold clothes better. I would not recommend these units unless they are to be seldom used or in a guest bedroom.
Looks great! : Just as pictured. Looks great, HOWEVER, I've never assembled an item that took so long in my life, and I'm very crafty. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. Took about 6 hours to assemble I kid you not. There was also an error in the assembly instructions which I caught and was able to fix myself. All in all the item looks lovely but plan accordingly for assembly time, I suggest you get a helping hand if you can.
Gorgeous From the Front : This is a big beautiful sofa. I think even an NBA can lay down with their ankles in the arm rest. The back trim and the front decor is plastic. It doesn''t look bad just so you know the only visible wood is the little ball feet. The throw pillows are poofy. The leather sofa pillows are sturdy. Only criticism is the back. The leather isn''t in one piece. Six pieces. Still a very nice sturdy sofa Y”" '.
Cappuccino Tree Hall : Really love this tree hall. Perfect size fit what we needed. Fits right next to our font door. It's a dark espresso color and quality is really good. It has a pull out drawer and a cabinet with shelving. It's a perfect spot for shoes, hats, misc things. Love the mirror and space for sitting. Overall a great buy and thus site had the best price. Shipping and delivery was great too.
Not exactly as pictured, but still like it. : So overall this was still a good experience, but a couple things: 1- the colors are TOTALLY different in real life. I've seen from other sites some reviews that also have pics and they all seem to look like mine which is funny because they don't look anything like the one that every site is using as the picture. There is no light blue for me, mostly a more true blue, and a lot of peach. Absolutely no wood color as it looks in here. I still like it, not as much as I would have if it would have been the one in the picture, but it's fine. 2- The Classy Home was super easy to work with. I called them twice - once during the ordering process and another time during the processing process with questions, and they were super helpful and shipped early. 3- While the actual delivery was very professional and well-done, the tracking process was pretty horrific and the actual timeline was terribly slow. They use am-track shipping, which provides basically irrelevant tracking notes, and takes FOREVER to deliver. I was on a tight timeline because of Christmas so was watching it closely, and they pretty much never update you until the day before they want to schedule a delivery. From when The Classy Home delivered it to them to getting in my house was over 2 weeks which is pretty steep I think in this day and age of 2-day shipping :) Overall it was a good experience and I would probably do it again, but definitely some things to be improved upon.
Beautiful and sturdy! : This table is better than I expected. Some parts are solid wood, others are covered with a distressed veneer. It is very convincing looking, and looks much more expensive than it was. The top is a faux concrete look MDF that is seriously heavy. It went together easily and it's very sturdy feeling. It was delivered in good condition via FedEx, without issue, and in under a week. I'm glad I took a chance without seeing any customer pictures, but I've included some of mine to help other customers decide.

Great Quality and look Amazing! : I bought this bed in green from Classy Home and it is perfect! Got it cheaper than any other site and they delivered it in less than a week and it came in perfect condition. Every other site was delivery in 2-3 weeks. Using a power drill, it took 1.5hrs for my husband to I to put together. Instructions and parts were very organized which made it one of the easiest installs I've ever done. SUPER HAPPY and son LOVES it!! (It is metal,so its sturdy)
Awesome, stylish chaise! : I was hesitant to purchase such a large item online, but I'm so glad I did. The chaise is not only super comfortable, but it is gorgeous and very high quality. It makes the whole room!
Espresso PU Wood Counter Chairs : I thought the price on these chairs had to be too good to be true... saw the exact same ones at other online stores for $250+ so figured these had to be defective somehow. Took the risk and ordered anyways and to my surprise, these are awesome! They look like $200 chairs and are SO comfy for a backless chair. The cushion is very thick and soft, but yet still supportive. The only thing that may deter someone from buying these is that assembly is very much required and they do not send you all the tools you need. I had to use a power drill in order for them to come out sturdy. But, once assembled they are beautiful!
North Shore Server : I ordered this piece of furniture at the Classy Home because my local Ashley furniture wanted over $1,100 plus tax and shipping. I already had the table chairs and hutch, I just needed the server and this is the cheapest place I found after doing a lot of research. they delivered it at a very low cost all the way to Texas and it was in great shape when it arrived. it was all wrapped up perfectly.
Gorgeous......However...... : PROS: quality, price, delivery experience, condition upon receipt CON (1): the color and texture is not even close to the website pic. It is not blue or a shade of blue, deep turquoise green. Website shows a much more rustic finish. Were we disappointed? Yes, extremely. Was it worth the hassle to return? No. It`s growing on us. :-(
Paulie Orange Sofa like Soft Leather : I researched all kinds of sofas to put in a foyer where residents gathered. Cloth wasn't an option but this durablend was so much like soft leather it was unbelievable. The sofa is cushy and comfortable, and such a deal. Everyone loves it!
Pleasantly surprised : I was in search of a fancy loveseat and chair set for my front sitting room. I saw these furniture items on Ashley furniture's website and thought it was gorgeous, but a bit more than I wanted to pay. I did a little searching and came across The Classy Home, who had a much better offer. I decided to go out on a limb and order it. It took a bit longer to arrive than I am currently used to with the rapid speed of other online retailers. I hadn't heard from anyone in about 14 days, no shipping confirmation or updates. I called and spoke with a representative who checked and said that the items had been shipped and were at my local terminal awaiting a delivery date and someone would call me soon. She stated that an email had been overlooked on their part which was why I hadn't heard anything. I think it was about a day until someone called and then my items were delivered later that week. Two guys came to deliver my items, they brought them into the garage for our inspection. Everything was in good condition, so we signed for it and they went on their way. My hubby and I had the chairs and loveseat assembled in about an hour and a half without any struggle. The only concern was that one of the chairs had a bit of a wobble because one leg was a little shorter than it's neighbors, we stuck a few pieces of that sticky felt on there and all was well. All in all, I was very happy with my purchase from this company and my sitting room looks so wonderful!
Bellamy Traditional Table : This table is absolutely gorgeous; the pictures do not even do it justice as to how beautiful and heavy duty this table is in person. I had been "eyeballing" this table for almost a year and after reading so may great reviews decided to take the plunge and buy it on a weekend when there was a 10% discount code. The Classy Home had the best pricing on the internet and it shipped exactly on schedule even though it was not in stock when I placed my order. Love, love, love my table and would most definitely order from The Classy Home again.
Love This Sleeper Sectional : I bought the red sleeper sectional and it more than exceeded my expectations. The couch is firm and the color is as pictured. You may not like firm couches but I was happy with this because it will wear well. I bought this for an Airbnb rental property and I think it's going to wear very well and it really looks amazing.
great dining set : Sturdy. Great for a beach or cottage style look. I decided to only use 4 of the chairs but it held 6. Cushions are a gray and the set is bright white. Holds my husband, who is a big boy. We did add felt to the chair bottoms. Assembly was easy but took a while. I was shocked that the set comes in one huge box but it was packed very well and nothing was damaged. Good value for the price

Television table : Beautiful piece of furniture. Durable, nicely constructed. Picture on line made it appear more gray than brown but it still works with color palet.

Can I place an order? Will The Classy Home deliver the package?
Yes, you can place and order; and yes, we will deliver. The Classy Home's activities are continuing. Our delivery times are accurate to the fine of our expertise, however state-level and national-level closure decisions can also have an effect on a few orders. We are trying to do our exceptional best to be as accurate as feasible. You could find updated shipping instances on the product detail web page for every object and while you are checking out.
What's the status of my order and delivery? Can I change the address on my order?
You can track your order and deliveries from the Track Order on our site. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
Why are some items taking longer to ship?
With many states issuing stay-at-home orders due to covid-19, some of our partners have needed to reduce their staff notably. That means warehouses have taken longer than ordinary to get your order on a truck. We've done our best to make certain that our delivery estimates are correct, but our delivery chain has had a few exceptions while sudden activities including climate and warehouse closures have not on time deliveries. We are doing the whole lot possible to make certain the safety of everybody in our community and we appreciate your patience.
Can I still make returns?
Yes, though there may be some delays as our vendors continue to comply with local or state regulations at their warehouses. Returns can be initiated by you in your account on theclassyhome.com.
Is it safe to receive orders?

What is The Classy Home doing to keep customers and employees safe?
The Classy Home is committed to ensuring the safety of both our customers and employees. We are strictly following WHO guidance to protect our employees. Using sanitizer & masks, keeping our warehouses clean, allowed employees to work from home where possible. We've also instructed our suppliers to follow WHO guidance at their warehouses.
Is it possible to reduce contact with delivery guys or driver?
Yes. The Classy Home's delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. ID check is performed at a distance. You can also choose a safe location where the delivery staff can leave your package.
