Please take a few minutes of your time to review these Terms and Conditions.
Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these
Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
Return Policy
·
The merchandise that is shipped to
you is insured with the shipping company to protect it from damage that may
occur in transit. It is extremely important that you inspect all items at the
time of delivery. In the event that an item is delivered with obvious damage
please make sure to note the damage on the delivery slip. It is critical that
you note any damage, however slight it may seem on the delivery slip prior the
driver leaving and contact our customer service dept. immediately by opening a support ticket by clicking here or call us @

You will need to send us pictures of the damage. No damages or returns will be
taken care of without pictures and we will try to work out the problem to our
customer’s satisfaction.
We will try to repair the damaged
item to the best of our ability and at our cost. We have replacement parts for
most items which will usually help the item get back to its original condition.
If we are unable to repair the item we will exchange it for you free of
charge. if we can’t replace it we will refund the order. The customer is not
responsible for any charges if the item is damaged and was signed for at time
of delivery.

You must make sure to count all
boxes to make sure that all the items ordered were delivered.
·
PLEASE NOTE: by signing the
delivery slip during a delivery you are accepting the merchandise “in good and
satisfactory condition” with all items ordered intact, and thus assume the
responsibility if the merchandise is later found damaged or missing. In order
to avoid this please be sure to inspect the merchandise prior to signing the
delivery slip. If you do discover any damages or missing items during your
inspection please be sure to make a note of it on the delivery slip. Failure
to do so may make it difficult for us to resolve your claim.

Never refuse a shipment even if
there is a damage!
Refusing
a shipment would just delay the whole process and make it harder for us to deal
with. In addition a delivery charge may occur.
·
We do not accept returns on any of
our items. Most of the items are custom orders especially
ordered for you. Please make sure that the color is right and that the
dimensions correspond, for we will not be able to take returns for items that
the color or dimensions don’t correspond. Please make sure before ordering an
item that it will fit through your doorway. We will not be able to take the
item back and the driver will leave it at the door.

In a case where the item will be
shipped back to our store (with The Classy Home’s authorization only) for either
replacement or credit, there will be a 25% restocking fee and it will be the customer’s
responsibility to pay the shipping and handling charges (our cost) of both
ways.
Shipping Policy
·
We at The Classy Home offer a
maximum shipping rate of $149.00 for all items shipped anywhere within the USA
(except Alaska and Hawaii).
·
White Glove delivery service is
also available. Check out pricing when adding items to your shopping cart.
·
We offer free shipping on all items
being shipped in the 5 boroughs of NYC which includes Manhattan, Bronx,
Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island with minimum order of $200.00.
In
home delivery and set up is available for a minimum charge.
·
In the event that an item is not
available at the time the order is placed we will send you an email stating the
estimated shipping time.
·
Orders placed are usually shipped
within a week. Some exceptions may apply and we will then be in contact with
the customer.
·
We deliver Monday through Friday of
every week except for Holidays. All orders are curb-side delivery only (unless
discussed otherwise or white glove delivery is selected). The customer can then
maneuver the furniture appropriately into his home to his own convenience.
·
All orders being shipped any way
other than with UPS or FedEx will be notified before the delivery is made.
·
It is the customer’s
responsibility to leave an appropriate time of day for delivery to be made.
Please note: Some shipping companies may be available to do after hours or
weekend delivery for an additional charge which will be the customer’s
responsibility.
·
As soon as the order ships we will
email you a notification with your tracking information so you can check the
shipping status of your item. If you do not receive your tracking number or you
have any other problem regarding your order please feel free to e-mail us at orders@theclassyhome.com
and
we will provide you with the tracking number of your order.
·
When ordering sofas or sectionals shipping
may take approximately 2-3 weeks.
Cancelation Policy:
·
We cannot accept cancellations on
any order that you place. Please make sure when placing the order that the
items you choose are actually what you are looking for.
·
The classy home reserves the right
to cancel an order when we determine that we will not be able to fulfill your
order. Upon such cancellation we will notify the customer and refund the full
amount that has already been paid.

products are subject to change without prior notice.

When ordering
a specific item there may be more items shown on the picture. Please be aware
that you will be receiving only the specific item you ordered. You may not
assume that by selecting the item you will receive all of the items pictured.
Please make sure to always read the title of the item before placing your
order.

be aware that the color of an item may differ slightly from the item pictured.
